The City of Cotia reiterates that the Free Fare will continue to apply as normal on municipal lines on Sunday, October 4, the date of the first round of the general election. As a result, passengers will be able to use the municipal public transport without paying the fare throughout Sunday.
The free fare is part of the Inclusive Free Fare policy on Sundays and will be applied as normal on municipal lines throughout the day. It is not necessary to present a card, register, or carry out any procedure to use the benefit.
The measure covers residents' travel around the city, including those who will use public transport to reach polling places.
